SuperLawyers Taylor GrahamMr. Graham joined the firm (previously Pelton & Associates, P.C.) in 2009. Since that time, he has litigated hundreds of individual and multi-plaintiff actions on behalf of employees and consumers in state and federal court and before administrative agencies. Through his advocacy, Mr. Graham has achieved meaningful results for his clients in everything from pre-litigation negotiations to hard-fought motion practice to jury trials. Prior to law school, Mr. Graham worked as a community organizer and legal advocate for underrepresented communities in Brooklyn and he draws upon this experience in his dedication to the individual needs of his clients and their families.

Mr. Graham oversees Pelton Graham LLC’s San Francisco office and travels back and forth between New York and California to represent clients on both coasts, among other areas of the country.

When he’s not in the courtroom, Mr. Graham coaches a championship high school mock trial team in the SF Bay Area.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Graham has gained extensive experience representing individuals and groups of employees at all levels of state and federal litigation including multi-plaintiff jury trial and appellate court practice. Mr. Graham is a member of NELA and NELA’s New York Chapter, and the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section.
